With over 10 years experience in physical fitness, Brian has an amazing entrepreneurial spirit who's driving purpose is to help others. A native of Tennessee, he opened his first in-home personal training business 7 years ago after meeting his wife and moving to Michigan. In MI he maintained a wide client roster working with stay at home parents and their teen athletes to CEO's and Pro Athletes.

Now back in TN for the past year, Brian has been improving the lives of many dedicated Middle Tennessee residents. He is selective about the personal training clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. But Brian's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time. He believes the way to a healthier life is by understanding the roles of nutrition, weight training, aerobic exercise, supplementation and oxygen therapy in their current position required in your life.

His Vision: Is to change the life of 1 million people by elevating them to a healthier lifestyles. 

His Mission: To strengthen an  individuals mind, body, courage and character.

His Approach: Individualize and personalize programs where goals are attained and change is permanent. He will focus on you, making your goals his own.

Brian holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Mississippi State University, in Starkville, MS.
He is certified by (ACE) American Council on Exercise and is currently seeking a certification from (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine
